Mathias Mpuuga seeks dialogue with NRM on Uganda's transition plan
Mathias Mpuuga, the leader of the Democratic Alliance, has written to the National Resistance Movement (NRM) leadership seeking an opportunity to discuss Uganda's transition plan. Mpuuga has emphasized that the National Resistance Movement's views cannot be overlooked in the talks, given its more than 30 years in power.
