Minister Ecweru urges Opportunity Bank to disburse funds for PDM
The State Minister for Works Musa Ecweru has urged Opportunity Bank officials to ensure that funds meant for the Parish Development Model Program are disbursed to beneficiaries to enable farmers to cultivate their gardens before the rainy season ends. This follows complaints raised by the local community there, accusing district technical staff and other civil servants of extortion. The minister, who is also Amuria County MP, moved to act.
