Molly Katanga trial resumes after internet delay
The High Court has today resumed the trial of Molly Katanga, who is accused of killing her husband, Henry Katanga, at their residence in Mbuya in 2023. Proceedings were postponed yesterday due to poor internet connectivity. The trial has resumed with the assessment of witnesses, starting with the pathologist who examined the body of the late Henry Katanga. The suspect, who is on remand, is following the court proceedings from Luzira Prison via Zoom video conferencing.
