UPDF requests UGX 39.1 billion for South Sudan peacekeeping operation
The Uganda People's Defense Force has requested additional funding of Shs 39.1 billion to facilitate the recently launched peacekeeping operation in South Sudan. The request was tabled before the Parliamentary Committee on Defense and Veteran Affairs by the Ministry of Defense today.
