NRM begins MP, district chair aspirant registration for 2026
The NRM Electoral Commission today started receiving expressions of interest from those seeking to become Members of Parliament and District Council Chairpersons on the party ticket, ahead of the 2026 general elections. However, the aspirants were cautioned against engaging in violence during the primaries. The process is set to continue until 15th June at the party headquarters in Nakasero, Kampala.
