Parliament allocates three plots of KCCA land
Parliament has passed a motion allocating three plots of Kampala Capital City Authority land to unidentified persons in Lugogo and Old Kira Road areas.
However, the matter has divided MPs who are anxious about the location of plots of land, and why they were allocated without the consent of the KCCA council.
These were the issues raised in the parliamentary session today.
