Pilgrims in celebratory mood ahead of Martyrs’ day
At the Catholic shrine in Namugongo, all is set for the martyrs' day celebrations to be held in the Wakiso district. Pilgrims from different parts of Uganda and some from foreign countries have flooded the venue.
Security officials anticipate that at least one million people will be in Namugongo for a major event animated by the Nebbi Catholic diocese.
