Police arrest one suspect to aid in fire investigations
Police in Kampala are holding one key suspect pinned in the Christmas savings scandal, which is reported to have been the main cause of the fire that destroyed properties worth hundreds of millions. Fire started at about 3am in Kubiri, Bombo Road in Mukwenda Zone, Makerere I Parish.
