police explains Kalerwe fire
Police in Wandegeya Kampala are investigating the cause of a fire that gutted a motor garage in Kalerwe, a Kampala suburb. Eight vehicles were destroyed in the fire that started at around 4AM on Wednesday morning. Police said preliminary findings show that the fire was caused by a short circuit and that access to the emergency point was a challenge for the fire fighting services.
