Julius Mutekanga : Retired athlete mentoring young talents
Julius Mutekanda is a retired athlete who has channeled his energy to shape young talents for the future. Representing Uganda at the 2011 World Athletics Championships in South Korea and the Summer Olympic Games in London 2012, Mutekanga is keen to change the face of sports in Karagwe Town Council, Fort Portal City.
