Report: Ugandan military now controls State affairs
The Ugandan military has taken control of state affairs in the country, a new report has revealed. The report is based on a study conducted by the Great Lakes Institute for Strategic Studies and Innovations for Democratic Engagement and Action. It suggests that the balance of power in Uganda has shifted from the people, as stipulated in the Constitution, to the military.
