Teso mourns former director Brig. Charles Oluka
Teso Sub-region is mourning the passing of former Director of the Internal Security Organisation, Brigadier Charles Oluka, who passed away on January 29th after a short illness. His remains arrived at Soroti Flying School yesterday, where they were received by the cultural leaders of Teso and Kumam. The body was later taken to St. Patrick’s Catholic Church for a requiem mass.
