Uganda Police launches campaign to modernize strategic doctrine, aims for standardization
The Uganda Police Force has launched a campaign to modernize the force's strategic doctrine which will end in the development of a document to inform and influence its mandate, in an ever-changing and increasingly complex security environment. According to Assistant IGP Godfrey Golooba, the move will help the police force achieve the overall standardization of policing in the country. Golooba is today inspecting the Savannah region to secure the views of officers there. Our Reporter Herbert Kamoga is there and brings us up to date.
