UNBS warns of expired goods in Ugandan stores
The Uganda National Bureau of Standards has cautioned the general public to be vigilant about expired goods being sold in various retail and wholesale outlets, including supermarkets. Sylvia Kirabo, the spokesperson for the standards body, says they have discovered that some business owners along the supply chain alter products when they realize they have expired on their shelves.
