Union leaders ask KCCA to sensitise public on garbage disposal
Leaders of the Uganda Local Government Workers’ Union have asked KCCA to carry out a comprehensive registration of the people whose livelihoods have been affected by the Kiteezi landfill tragedy. They say KCCA should embark on a campaign to sensitize city dwellers on garbage disposal before it becomes a crisis.
