Rwenzori Marathon to promote climate change awareness in Kasese
This year’s Tusker Lite Rwenzori Marathon will focus on incorporating climate change awareness as part of efforts to improve climate mitigation and resilience in the Kasese area, following natural disasters such as floods in the last 12 months. The 4th edition of the marathon will take place on August 23 this year, with over 5,000 runners expected from 30 different countries.
