Uganda, Africa’s largest refugee-hosting nation with more than 1.6 million refugees, is expanding digital literacy among displaced communities. A government partnership with the International Certificate of Digital Literacy (ICDL) is equipping thousands with internationally recognised skills, opening opportunities both locally and abroad.
