Disc golf leaders from across the African continent gathered this week for the first-ever African Disc Golf Summit in Wakiso. The purpose was to exchange knowledge, strengthen networks, and accelerate the sport’s growth on the continent. The summit, which ended yesterday, also aimed to forge the future of one of the world’s fastest-growing outdoor sports, disc golf. It was organized by Disc Golf Uganda in partnership with the Paul McBeth Foundation, the Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA), and U-Play.
