Jinja City Queens edge past Pagirinya 1-0 in the TICAD Women’s Cup

Jinja City Queens narrowly defeated Pagirinya 1-0 to successfully defend the TICAD Women’s Cup at the FUFA Technical Center in Njeru. This year’s tournament included eight teams, six of which were from refugee communities throughout the country. The TICAD Women’s Cup is organized by the Japanese International Cooperation Agency with the aim of building relationships between refugees and host communities.
