Kawempe Muslim Ladies came from a goal down to defeat Olila High School FC 3–1 in one of the Finance Trust Bank Women Super League games played last evening at Olila Grounds in Soroti. Brenda Atwani had put the hosts ahead early in the second half, but the Warriors responded through Shadia Nabirye, captain Agnes Nabukenya, and striker Latifa Nakasi, who scored her first goal for the club. This marks Kawempe’s first away victory over Olila in the last three seasons, sending a strong message of intent for the campaign.
