After more than a decade of enduring severe pelvic pain and fruitless hospital visits, 30-year-old Samia Biloyo from Kiryandongo District is finally finding hope through a free medical camp organized by Lira University Teaching Hospital and the Faculty of Nursing from Buffalo, USA. Samia, a mother of two, had been diagnosed with uterine adhesions, a rare condition where uterine scarring causes pain, reduced menstrual flow, and infertility.
