Owiny-Dollo says uganda is ripe for female head of judiciary

The Chief Justice Alfonse Owiny Dollo told guests who graced the International Women Judges- Uganda Chapter annual dinner held at Speke Resort Munyonyo last evening, that Uganda is now ready for a woman chief justice. Dollo lauded the lady judges for exhibiting unwavering commitment while executing their duties at various levels in the judiciary.
