Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) presidential candidate Nathan Nandala Mafabi has criticized the government for dropping charges against State Minister for Finance Amos Lugoloobi in the Karamoja iron sheets scandal. Mafabi said the decision exposes the government’s lack of seriousness in fighting corruption, describing it as a betrayal of Ugandans whose taxes were used to buy the iron sheets. He made these remarks while campaigning in Madi Okollo and Terego districts.
