A chilling public health warning has been issued by leading sleep coach Caroline Businje, who says that many people struggle with sleep deprivation, often worsened by poor-quality or counterfeit bedding. She warns that going without sleep for just 48 hours is equivalent to being impaired, putting not only your health at risk but also your safety while driving or operating heavy machinery.
