By 2021, non-communicable diseases had caused the death of up to 43 million people. The concern by health experts is that this trend is on the rise mainly because NCDs are silent killers. Today, Walter Mwesigye speaks to an expert about diabetes, which on its own is affecting close to 350 thousand adults in Uganda.
