Scoping the boda boda registration exercise | MORNING AT NTV
Kampala Capital City Authority-KCCA extended the deadline for registration of boda bodas, riders, and owners. The KCCA Deputy Executive Director Eng David Luyimbazi highlighted, in his submission at the Uganda Media Center in Kampala, that many people flocked to their registration centres at the last minute to register, prompting KCCA to extend the deadline to September 16.
