ORGANIC FOOD MARKET: Farmers cash in on healthy eating trends
Farmers are being advised to take advantage of the ever-growing organic farming market currently, growing at an estimated $95.38 billion in 2020 to $103 billion in 2021. The National Organic Agricultural Movement of Uganda (NOGAMU), says there is a growing demand for Ugandan products in markets such as North America, Asia and European Union.
