URA Records Shs 322Bn Surplus
Nearly two months ago, the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) was reportedly trailing its half-year revenue collection targets by about 39%, according to Ministry of Finance estimates. However, URA closed the half-year revenue collection period with a surplus of Shs 322 billion, as confirmed by Commissioner General John Musinguzi Rujoki. Ismail Musa Ladu has the details.
