Government warns Bugisu leaders opposing relocation plan
Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja is warning Bugisu leaders of dire consequences including arrest, once it is proved that they are opposed to the relocation of people from vulnerable areas of the Elgon. The warning came in a meeting called by the State Minister for Disaster Preparedness and Refugees Lilian Aber, as she met local leaders in Mbale City.
