Lord Mayor Lukwago skeptical about president’s visit
Preparations are in high gear for President Museveni's official visit to Kampala. The President is expected to assess Parish Development Model programmes in Kampala, as his nationwide tour ends. However, City leaders are concerned that the impact of the Parish Development Model could be minimal compared to other parts of the country due to high population. NTV spoke to Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago on what the city expects from the President's visit.
