Nubian Li, Eddie Mutwe, several other Bobi Wine supporters finally granted bail
The president of the National Unity Platform Party Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu has demanded the unconditional release of political prisoners held in various detention centres around the country. The NUP principal Kyagulanyi spoke as 17 of his party members were granted bail after spending nearly 6 months on remand. They are part of a group of 36 people who were arrested in Kalangala district in December and charged with unlawful possession of ammunition.
