Baryomunsi condemns religious sectarianism
ICT Minister Dr. Chris Baryomunsi has condemned religious sectarianism in Kigezi, which he says influences voters to choose leaders based on religion and tribe rather than merit. He urged Ugandans to elect leaders based on their capacity to deliver services, as this would drive regional development. His remarks came during the opening of a National Guidance workshop in Kanungu District, which aimed to educate the community on Uganda's history, address national challenges, and find solutions to raise household incomes.
