CAA accused of failing to clear Ugshs2.8 bn in tax arrears
Entebbe Municipal Council leaders have accused the Civil Aviation Authority of failing to clear property tax arrears amounting to 2.8 billion shillings. They say the failure by such a big agency affects their ability to provide services. However, CAA maintains that they are not to blame because the amounts being demanded are contentious.
