FDC members arrested in Kenya demand return of confiscated phones
FDC members arrested in Kenya have requested Court to order security forces to return the mobile phones confiscated during their arrest. They claim that the officers used their phones to make calls to various individuals, including their relatives and they fear this could be used to fabricate evidence against them. The FDC activists are currently facing treason charges.
