FICO rebrands to Mirai General Insurance
First Insurance Company Limited (FICO), a long-established insurer in Uganda, has rebranded as Mirai General Insurance, the company announced today.
The change follows FICO’s acquisition by Pride Global, a Singapore-based multinational insurance and financial services group.
Mirai General Insurance assured customers that the transition will result in improved service delivery, a broader range of products, and more efficient claims processing.
The company also outlined plans for a revamped digital platform, specialized insurance products, an expanded agency network, and a dedicated customer experience team.
