Government urged to ensure improved health care services
Health experts are calling on the government to reconsider its healthcare approach, advising collaboration rather than competition with the private sector. Speaking at a fundraiser for First Community Hospital in Kasanje, experts emphasized the need for a framework that utilizes private sector strengths while ensuring equitable access to healthcare. The event, aimed at raising funds for a modern critical care facility, also recognized NTV Uganda for its contributions to health promotion through media.
