Govt frees social media sites but Facebook remains blocked
The minister of information and communications technology Judith Nabakooba has urged Ugandans to use social media respectfully this after announcing that the Government had decided to reinstate access to different social media after almost a month since it was blocked. However, Facebook is still blocked as the Government is still in talks with the company.
