Great Lakes legislators urge swift diplomacy to ease Rwanda-DRC tensions
Legislators from the Forum of Parliaments of the International Conference on the Great Lakes are calling upon leaders tasked with resolving the conflict between Rwanda and DRC to fast-track diplomatic processes as tensions between the two countries mount.
