High Court adjourns murder trial of the late Henry Katanga
The High Court has today adjourned the hearing of the trial of five people accused of murdering the late businessman Henry Katanga, who was allegedly shot and killed in November 2023. As Sudhir Byaruhanga reports, the witness who was coming from Kampala failed to arrive in time to collect the exhibits he was supposed to present in court. However, some critics say such delays and adjournments further prolong the time required to conclude this case.
