Katete bridge reopens after 10-month closure
Katete Bridge, which connects Mbarara City Centre to Nyamitanga Division, has been reopened to the public. It had been closed for 10 months to allow contractors to repair it. The UPDF Engineering Brigade was contracted to carry out the repairs at a cost of Shs 366 million.
