Kebhu pushes for recognition as minority tribe
The world is a mosaic of diverse cultures, each with its unique traditions, beliefs, and customs. Embracing, celebrating this diversity and recognising the richness it brings to our lives is crucial. Not only does it make our world a more equitable and enjoyable place to live but it also helps us become more aware of the cultures, backgrounds, and traditions.
As part of efforts to recognize and celebrate their unique culture, the Kebhu in Zombo District have held their inaugural Cultural Festival which has attracted clansmen and women from neighboring DR Congo. Benjamin Jumbe attended the festival and brought us the story.
