Mbarara RCC warns money lenders on use of National IDs as collateral
Mbarara City Resident Commissioner Catheline Kamwiine has warned money lenders against holding National Identity Cards as collateral for loans. Leading an operation in Mbarara City, she oversaw the retrieval of over 100 IDs that had been surrendered as loan security. The money lenders voluntarily returned them to their rightful owners.
