Minister Babalanda warns hoima security over ADF
Minister for the Presidency Milly Babalanda has tasked security in Bunyoro to be on high alert for any possible attack by the rebel Allied Democratic Forces (ADF), who may be planning to cross over from the Congo. The minister, who was presiding over Women's Day Celebrations in Hoima, reminded the officials of an attack on Lhubiriha Secondary School in Kasese, where 43 people were killed, saying this should never happen there.
