Mixed reactions from residents after Parliament stitting in Gulu
A section of local leaders and residents in Northern Uganda have expressed mixed reactions to the concluded 3-day regional parliamentary sittings in Gulu. The MPs say that although the sittings presented an opportunity to raise issues affecting the region, several challenges were not thoroughly discussed.
