Museveni urges private schools to stop poaching govt teachers
In a bid to transform Uganda's education sector, Education Minister Janet Museveni is calling on private schools to refrain from poaching teachers already on the government's payroll. She has also emphasized that this practice not only undermines the quality of education in public schools but also affects the overall performance of teachers who are forced to juggle multiple responsibilities.
