Mutai and Chelengat win Discovery Uganda Marathon
In athletics, Ezekiel Mutai and Chelengat Rebecca emerged victorious today in the third edition of the Discovery Uganda Marathon, which was held in Kapchorwa at the Booma Grounds. The marathon, which attracted over 4,000 athletes, aims to identify and develop young athletes to international-level standards. The event was organized by the Uganda Athletics Federation, Nike, and Ugandan athlete Jacob Kiplimo, who had the 5km and 20km races.
