Nambi accuses EC of failing to manage by-election
The High Court has resumed hearings into the petition seeking to overturn the election of Kawempe North MP Elias Nalukoola Luyimbazi.Today, the court listened to the petitioner, NRM's Faridah Nambi Kigongo, who was asked to explain how she arrived at the figure of 16,640 votes, which she alleges represent powerless voters.
