Nodding syndrome children have been forgotten - ULS
Over two thousand children suffering from nodding syndrome in Northern Uganda are at risk of dying. The Uganda law society in their quarterly state of the rule of law report have highlighted the plight of these children saying they have been neglected since the outbreak of Covid19.
