Numbers in parliament key for change, says Muntu
Presidential candidate for the Alliance for National Transformation Maj. Gen. Mugisha Muntu has challenged Ugandans to finance the change they want to see. Muntu who was nominated as a presidential candidate called on the electorate to stop assuming that donors will fund opposition political parties to dislodge President Museveni.
