Prisons explains why it embraced a new outfit
Uganda Prisons Services clarifies that their new camouflage attire will not replace their conventional outfit, saying it is strictly for their staff under the Safety and Security Unit. Talking to NTV, the Uganda Prisons Service Spokesperson, Frank Baine says the known uniform has for a long time proved unfit for field duties due to its lightness.
